Co-operative Education - endorsement of Gardiner Foundation application and open workshop on 7 September 2006.

Financial Statements - statements for year ended 30 June 2005 adopted for forwarding to auditor.

AGM - resolutions adopted for auditor, financial and directors reports, remuneration of directors and annual subscriptions.

Cancelled Memberships - four memberships were cancelled.

Submission on Co-operatives Regulations 1997 - endorsed the submission prepared by the Secretary.

australia.coop - noted there was a new record of 18,000 visits in July 2006.
