Director Ineligibility - noted that Helen Keellings was no longer eligible to remain a director.

New Member - Footscray Rental Housing Co-operative Ltd.

Audit of CAV Grant - audit noted.

ICA - Secretary reported he was still undertaking work for the ICA on Co-operative Media.

SouthEast Housing Co-operative - noted the Secretary is undertaking consultancy work.

australia.coop - Secretary reported on meeting with Neil Homer, General Manager of domains.coop.

Co-operation between Co-operatives - noted Chairman had discussed with Co-operativesWA.

Co-operative Education - noted report on proposed workshops with the Co-operative College.
