The Co-operative Federation of Victoria Ltd board met on 16 November 2006 at Substitution Pty Ltd, 1st Floor, 484 William Street, North Melbourne.

Co-operative Education - report on meeting with National Centre for Dairy Education, Co-operative College is preparing a brochure and Capricorn agreement to a second workshop.

Co-operation between Co-operatives - Secretary reported on discussions with the Community Housing Federation of Victoria, the Australian Friendly Societies Awssociation and the NCUA.

Gary Lewis' new book - agreed to promote The Democracy Principle: Farmer Co-operatives in Twentieth Century Australia on the austraqlia.coop web site.

Global 300 - Secretary reported on the International Co-operative Alliance's Global 300 project launch.

Co-operative Issues - endorsed that the paper prepared by Gordon McLean, of Westgate Health, be permanently placed on the agenda until the board considers it has worked through the issues in the paper.
