This symposium brings together a number of international researchers examining the issue of the history of consumer co-operatives. The symposium is organised by the Co-operatives Research Group, Faculty of Economics and Business, The University of Sydney and we acknowledge the financial support of the Faculty of Economics and Business, The University of Sydney.
