	Report of the Review of Grants - a confidential report prepared within the Department of Employment and Industrial Affairs recommends the abolition of the Co-operative Development Program. The report is never released.

25 March	VFCSG request DOL $80,000 refunding to end 1986
April	April The Hon. Race Mathews, MP, visits Backyard, Correct Line Graphics, Gay Publications and Sybylla.
10 April	DOL informs Correct Line Graphics refunding is rejected citing "scarce resources"
May	The Hon. Andrew McCutcheon, M.P. visits Backyard, Correct Line Graphics, Gay Publications and Syblla
June	The Co-operator No 12 is published - an eight month delay since No 11.

14 July	VFCSG informed that refunding not approved citing DOL as not "most appropriate location"
